Enjoy fluffy mekitsi (fried dough) and crispy French toast, banitsa (pastry) with eggs, butter, and cheese, rolls with jam or kashkaval (yellow cheese), kozunak muffins (sweet bread muffins) with eggs and cheese, tutmanik (savory bread/pastry), and small bagels.

Our breakfasts are handmade, following authentic Bulgarian recipes that preserve Bulgarian tradition and heritage.

Available to our guests are a rich selection of homemade jams, pine and bee honey, ayran (yogurt drink), fresh and nut milks, espresso, tea, and a variety of hot drinks.
